My site visits with Professor Melendez were very helpful. I have met with him previously for my very first site evaluation, so I knew what to expect ahead of time. On my mid-rotation visit, I have prepared 1 H&P which I presented, and 5 pharm cards which I was quizzed on. For my final rotation visit, I brought in 2 H&Ps, one of which I presented as well as an academic article relating to that case, and another 5 pharm cards, which I was quizzed on. Professor Melendez was very accessible by meeting me at Woodhull, which is close to my rotation site. He provided me with adequate feedback on both of the site evaluations which I have utilized in my work.
